Your voice matters! As a participant in our enrollee advisory committee, a member feedback group, you have the opportunity to share with us your experience as a HealthSpring Medicare Advantage member – and we want your honest feedback. Your input will help us improve the benefits and services we offer in the future. Plus, you’ll get to meet fellow HealthSpring members in your area.

What should I expect?
As a participant, you can expect:

To attend 2 – 4 meetings per year.
We’ll always notify you in advance of upcoming meetings.
To participate!
Plan to attend meetings on time and participate in discussions.
Meetings may be in-person or virtual.
We’ll reimburse travel for in-person meetings.
Meetings will last about three hours.
Food will be provided at in-person meetings with breaks.
Transportation to and from in-person meetings is available.
This is available upon request.

As a participant in our enrollee advisory committee, you can expect us to:
Prepare you for each meeting.
We’ll always send an agenda so you know what to expect.
Provide accessible options.
Please let us know in advance if you require any special needs so that we may accommodate you.
Respect your time and feedback.
We will start and end our meetings on time. Any feedback you share does not impact your health plan, premiums or any costs associated with your plan.
Share our progress.
We truly value your input and will share any progress we make.
Ensure a safe environment.
We’ll always conduct meetings according to the latest Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines.
